County Councilmember Kathy Lambert announces today that State Attorney General Rob McKenna will be the guest speaker at her official Campaign Kickoff Breakfast. The opening event for her re-election campaign, the breakfast is 7:30am Tuesday, March 29th at the Bellevue Doubletree Hotel.
Lambert is seeking her second term representing the Third District on the Metropolitan King County Council. “My number one priority is to continue to make county government more accountable”, said Lambert.. “To meet the real needs we face without raising taxes takes persistence as well as new approaches to old problems.”
Lambert is also determined to see that the special needs of rural and suburban areas are well served. “I’m committed to finding solutions that meet our needs,” Lambert continued.
